Tema ligero y menú de inicio mejorado

Los usuarios que actualicen el sistema a la 21H1 seguirán viendo el menú Inicio sin cambios, para evitar que la actualización genere confusiones.
Menos panel de control
Está claro que, tarde o temprano, el Panel de Control de Windows 10 va a desaparecer. Aunque aún queda bastante tiempo para que esto ocurra. Desde la llegada de Windows 10, cada vez se han ido llevando más y más funciones de este panel de control al menú de Configuración. Y, con la llegada de 21H1, otra de las que desaparece del panel clásico es la página de sistema.
Cuando hacemos clic sobre este apartado, podremos ver que en lugar de mostrarnos la pantalla de sistema clásica, Microsoft nos abre directamente el apartado de «Sistema» del menú de Configuración.
Cortana ya no está en el recuadro de búsqueda
El buscador de Windows 10, ahora separado de Cortana, es capaz de encontrar cualquier archivo que tengamos guardado en nuestro PC, no solo determinados tipos de archivos. Esto nos va a permitir encontrar en cuestión de segundos, gracias a la indexación, cualquier archivo que tengamos en el PC, una novedad muy importante, ya que finalmente el buscador de Windows cobra sentido.
Apps de Android en el PC
La app «Tu teléfono» ha sido una de las apuestas más ambiciosas de Microsoft. Esta app pretendía permitir a los usuarios conectar y controlar sus teléfonos desde el ordenador. Incluso permite ver la pantalla del móvil en el PC. Pero, debido a limitaciones técnicas, esta última función está limitada solo a los modelos de gama alta de Samsung.
Con la llegada de esta segunda actualización de 2021, la app Tu Teléfono recibe una nueva característica: la posibilidad de ejecutar apps de Android en Windows 10. Sin embargo, debido a las mismas limitaciones técnicas, esta característica vuelve a estar limitada solo a dispositivos Samsung, a los mismos que permiten enviar la pantalla al PC.
Espacio reservado para Windows
Una de las novedades que no gustará a todos, pero que puede ser útil. Windows 10 21H1 reservará espacio en el disco para archivos temporales y actualizaciones, con el objetivo de evitar errores. El espacio reservado partirá de los 7 GB, donde los programas podrán guardar archivos temporales, que serán borrados si hace falta el espacio para instalar una actualización en algún momento.
Notificaciones mejoradas
Las notificaciones de brindis ahora tienen el logotipo de la aplicación en la esquina superior izquierda de la notificación, por lo que puede ver inmediatamente de dónde proviene la notificación. También hemos desactivado las notificaciones de Focus Assist, que le indican cuándo está habilitado Focus Assist, ya sea mediante una regla automática o habilitándolo manualmente
Menú de Inicio – Interfaz de usuario

Nueva barra de tareas personalizada
Otra novedad la encontraremos en la barra de tareas de Windows 10, pero solo si instalamos el sistema desde cero. Basándose en nuestra actividad, al iniciar sesión con la Cuenta Microsoft, Windows sabrá cómo usamos el PC y podrá anclar automáticamente las aplicaciones que puedan resultarnos más interesantes.
Nuevas características en la barra de juego
Microsoft está realizando algunos cambios más en la función Game Bar de Windows 10 con esta última actualización. Ahora puede ver el uso de CPU y GPU en la barra de juegos, junto con un promedio de fps. Si está transmitiendo, es particularmente útil ver si algo está ralentizando su máquina. La barra de juegos también incluye controles de audio mucho mejores para que puedas administrar lo que se captura cuando tomas un clip o transmites tu juego.
Mayor control sobre las actualizaciones
Windows 10 21H1 Pro a sido rediseñado, es sencillo de utilizar y configurar por parte de cualquier usuario.
